1. Check if direct dial services (Spectra or GA-direct) is available from your country as these plans have the best rates. These services are not call back and can be accessed from any touch tone phone.

2. Many carriers offer no monthly fee or minimum usage if the account is set up for automatic credit card payments. If you can pay by credit card we definitely recommend doing so to avoid monthly fees or minimum usage fees.
