You simly access the network by dialing a freephone number before the number you wish to call. Our rates are some of the lowest available in Sweden. |

Customer Instructions for a Registered Phone
From your registered touch-tone phone, dial the Sweden access
number: 0200-830000.
After the tone, enter the number you want to call, followed by
the # key. (For example: country code + city code + destination number + # key.)
To make additional calls, press ## (pound key twice).
To re-enter a misdialed number, enter the * key.
Customer Instructions for a Non-Registered Phone
From the non-registered phone, dial 0200-830000 and wait for the
tone.
Enter your personal authorization code followed by the # key.
After the tone, dial the number you want to call, followed by
the # key. (For example: country code + city code + destination number + # key.)

Billing Details Actual
billing time is 30/06. You will be billed for the first 30
seconds and then in increments of 6 seconds, with charges starting after the other party answers the call.
Invoices are generated each month. However, customer receives a
separate invoice for the GAD service. Therefore, if customer subscribes to other Primus Telegroup services, customer will receive more than one invoice per month.
All calls and invoice billing are rated in SEK.
If customer has a VAT identification number, customer may contact
Telegroup Customer Service to receive a VAT free invoice. VAT cannot be refunded. |
